The making of egg tart.

Recently i'm bored at home, so i asked my mum to bring me out. Like, take me out to learn how to bake cookies, cakes, etc. I love baking. Cause after you bake and your family and friends get to eat what you do, that feeling is super great.

So i told my mum i wanted to go to her colleague's house and learn how to bake egg tart cause she's super great in doing those, i know cuz i tried them. It's really nice and not bad.

Frankly speaking, it is actually quite easy to make an egg tart. It needs patience and handwork. You need to mix the flour and egg and butter together. It's quite disgusting when you're doing it but i find it fun and love doing it (although sometimes it sort of wanna stuck in my nails but luckily i cut my nails.)

They have a metal stuff shaped like the tart, so we put the mixture of flour and butter and egg to make the skin of the egg tart, the outside part. (This step took us a lot of time.)

 Here you go!
And it's time to put it into the oven to bake!

Baking the outside layer of the egg tart. It seriously smells nice when it's done! You'll feel like eating it right away although there's no fillings!
Yeah, the temperature and timing should be accurate.

After the outside layer is baked.

Wait for it to get cooler now add the mixture of eggs, sugar, hot water and ideal milk to finish the fillings.

Once again, bake it.
The temperature and timing should be accurate too, if not it'll not cook or it'll be too fried.

 After the egg tarts' done!

Gosh, look inside the egg tart!

Take out from the metal thing and put it inside this!

i felt that i did well for the first time.
Baking wasn't easy but if you like it it'll be as easy as pie.
